Welcome to our Michelangelo Residence, which accommodates up to 5 people with a total of 2 suites. The apartment has 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have showers (one in each suite). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals during your stay. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom are provided, along with complete bed linens

Located in the heart of the city, close to Uber, car rentals, tour buses, bicycles, and electric scooters. Many attractions are within walking distance, while others — like Snowland and Aquamania in Canela — are just a short drive away

Our space becomes unique and special by featuring a bathtub in one of the suites, facing one of Gramado’s most beloved tourist spots: Rua Torta. The apartment is equipped with various kitchen utensils and much more, bringing the comfort of your home to the heart of Gramado.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for the convenience of our guests

Air conditioning is available in all rooms, including the suites. The living room has two air conditioning units for greater comfort.

Heating is provided through the air conditioners (one in each room plus two in the living room).

Central heating is not included in the daily rate – if you wish to use it, an additional charge of R$100.00 per day will apply

You are located close to everything! Next door, there is a pizzeria, fondue restaurant, market, and gym. In front, there is Praça das Etnias, where wonderful cucas, sweets, and cheese bread are made every day. In front of the square is the famous Rua Torta and Fondue Lugano. In other words, you are in the heart of the city, close to everything!

Check-in is available from 2 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance to check availability. Guests can park in the building's private garage, which accommodates up to 3 cars.
